Job Summary
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional plans and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Implement CRM software and tools to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create personalized campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
Loyalty Programs:
- Design and manage loyalty programs to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Develop rewards and tier strategies to encourage positive customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee customer service initiatives related to loyalty programs.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in trade marketing, CRM, and loyalty program management. (2 years)
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
