Job Summary

1. Product Strategy and Positioning: Develop and implement product marketing plans to support business goals and define product messaging and value propositions for market differentiation.

2. Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

3. Product Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio to ensure competitive offerings, identify product gaps, and recommend new product developments.

4. New Idea Initiation: Propose and develop innovative ideas to enhance product performance and expand market reach.

5. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize for improved results.

6. Sales and Marketing Tools: Develop and maintain sales tools such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs to support the sales team.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, R&D, and production teams to align marketing efforts and support product launches.

8. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of all marketing activities

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the construction materials or chemicals industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of market research, brand positioning, and competitive analysis.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., SAP, Google Analytics, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score > 550 is a plus).
  7. Willing to travel occasionally to upcountry locations (owning a car with a valid driving license is a plus; fleet card company support available).
